Scope of Delivery

We offer delivery services within France only. Delivery to other countries outside of France is not currently supported.

Shipping Fees

- Orders with a total value of 69.99 euros or more will enjoy free shipping.

- Any orders below 69.99 euros will incur a fixed shipping fee of 5.99 euros.

Taxes

All product prices include all relevant taxes.

Order Cut-off Time

- Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

- Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed the next day, and if the next day is a holiday, processing will be delayed until the next business day.

Processing Time

Order processing time is within 1-3 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

The estimated total shipping time is 6-10 business days after shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS as our shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the respective shipping carrier's website.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any shipping delays, damages, or other transport-related issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once dispatched.

Delivery Receipt Instructions

- Please check the packaging for any damages before signing for the order. If damaged, take a photo and contact customer service.

- If you are unable to sign for your delivery on time, you can contact the shipping carrier to arrange redelivery.
